Recruitment process

Lafarge Zambia Recruitment process firstly involves internal advertisement followed by external advertisements. This is done in the local press and internationally through the Group Job Market. An initial short-list is done and the candidates are called in for interviews. The initial screening involves psychometric tests and the top candidates are invited for final interview. The offer of employment is subject to background check, and a Medical Certification provided by the Government Medical Bureau.
